He graduated from the Capri Institute of Hair Design and has over 25 years of experience as a hair stylist, make-up artist and sought-after colorist.

He built his following in Montclair at The Sizz, Glemby Hair Trends in Hahne's, and The Villagers, as well as Trendsetters, Pastels and, from 1998 -2007 at Mane Place II in Verona.

It was during his tenure at Pastels that he developed "A Uniquely Personal Experience" where he was able to have quiet and more private interaction with customers. He has brought that philosophy to Hair Craft by building a team of like-minded stylists.

Michael has continued to educate himself by taking part in numerous master classes in color, hair cutting and advanced styling. In 2009 he was one of only six New Jersey salon owners to participate in a focus group to evaluate new products and help define the future of the hair industry.

He uses his skills for special events such as private parties, weddings, theatrical costuming and charity cut-a-thons.

Michael has a BA in Interior Design and his interests include theater, travel, and art.
